Hal entered the real estate industry with a sales person's license in 1985 and received his broker’s license in 1989.  Active in the community since his Air Force retirement, he served on the City of Vacaville Planning Commission from 1987-1991.  During that time he served as the commission’s Vice Chairman and for a period of time chaired the city’s General Plan Committee.

In the local real estate industry he has served as President of the local Association of Realtors®, and chaired many of their committees.  He is on the board of directors for both the California Association of Realtors® (CAR) and a twice serving past president of Solano Commercial Brokers.  Hal has also served as the Chairman of Region IV for CAR, covering the counties of Napa, Solano, Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino and Lake.  Hal is the past Chairman of the Commercial Investment Committee of CAR and organization with 140,000 members.  While at his former company, Hal was designated by Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Senior Certified Broker Associate, Hal is owner of Alpert Commercial Real Estate started in 2010 and is ready to service any of your real estate needs.
